The production of listels and "ondbord" linen-faced control rims as well as their application on conveyor belts has been one of the strongholds of the Company Guernaccini since its very beginning.
These applications are particularly suitabie forcement factories, foundries, crushing plants, fodder factories, coal, iron and steel plants, and so on.
"Ondboard" it is obtained through a single fusion between the wearproof rubber and the textile insertion, thus giving a single body as a result. This ensures a higher degree of rim flexibility in its opening function as well as more stiftness in the material control and more support in the backflow phase.
Moreover these cup listels are anchored to the "ondboard" through a precise mecanical process, thus avoiděng any overflowing of the material, thanks to a greater compactedness of the conveyor belt.
In the production of conveyor belts equipped wěth "ondboard", the Company Guernaccini employs self-produced rubber cup listels. It is worth while considering the System of dual-component iistels, which permits to substitute even just one part, and, namely, the one more liable to undergo stresses and wear, which means a consequent saving in the belt maintenance costs.
